1. Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. Products that are used or altered (e.g., washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, or brushed) will not be accepted.
2. Unboxing Video Required: For claims of damage or missing items, a **clear unboxing video** is mandatory. Ensure you record the video **before breaking the courier seal** to validate the condition of the products.
